1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ForgeSEO at forgeseo.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
2. Description of Service
ForgeSEO is an AI-powered SEO platform operated by 4 SEO Pros (Mesa, Arizona). We provide tools including keyword research, content strategy, AI SEO insights, competitor analysis, and reporting features — all powered by the Anthropic Claude API. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
To use ForgeSEO, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at john@4seopros.com.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
ForgeSEO offers Free, Solo, Pro, and Agency subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Free Plan Limitations
Free plan users are subject to usage limits as defined in the platform. Free plan features may be modified or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to terminate inactive free accounts after 90 days of inactivity.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ForgeSEO only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to generate spam content, violate search engine guidelines, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, or resell access to the platform without our written consent.
7. AI-Generated Content
ForgeSEO uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate SEO recommendations, content strategies, and insights. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will achieve specific search ranking results. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use.
8. Intellectual Property
ForgeSEO and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of 4 SEO Pros. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the platform. By using ForgeSEO, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
ForgeSEO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4 SEO Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ForgeSEO. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or platform notice. Continued use of ForgeSEO after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
